Matthew Van Lighten

Frontline: If you could be any fairy tale character who would it be?

Matthew Van Lighten: I would be the dragon in all fairy tales because he gets to keep gold and breathes fire.

 

FL: Who would you want to meet at the ball before midnight?

MV: I would want to meet Ben Wyatt so we could play Catan.


FL: What woodland creature would you want as your best friend?

MV: I would want a beaver because they are worth a dam.


FL: What’s your favorite Disney movie (or princess)?

MV: My favorite Disney movie is Air Buddies because of all of the puppies.


FL: Define your perfect fairytale.

MV: My perfect fairytale has a dragon, a sword, magic, and a happy ending.

 
Sabrina Tsai

Frontline: If you could be any fairy tale character who would it be?

Sabrina Tsai: Mulan, because she must be swift as a coursing river, with all the force of a great typhoon, with all the strength of a raging fire, mysterious as the dark side of the moon.

 

FL: Who would you want to meet at the ball before midnight?

ST: Eduardo Pacheco, because his bedtime is at 9.


FL: What woodland creature would you want as your best friend?

ST: Winnie the Pooh because we could walk around Hundred Acre Wood as we eat honey all day.


FL: What’s your favorite Disney movie (or princess)?

ST: My favorite movie is Frozen. I saw it three times in theaters and when the speech team traveled to Modesto we sang along to the entire soundtrack. It wasn’t a very enjoyable drive for Mrs. Chertock.


FL: Define your perfect fairytale.

ST: For my perfect fairytale, I would live in Cinderella’s castle at Disneyland. I could go to park whenever I wanted without paying $1,049 for the pass.

 

Eduardo Pacheco

Frontline: If you could be any fairy tale character who would it be?

Eduardo Pacheco: I would be Merlin because I’d love to have magic powers and turn people into chairs.

 

FL: Who would you want to meet at the ball before midnight?

EP: Sabrina Tsai, because my bed time is at 9.


FL: What woodland creature would you want as your best friend?

EP: I would want a deer to ride through the forest.


FL: What’s your favorite Disney movie (or princess)?

EP: My favorite movie is Wall-E because it tells a cute love story while teaching an important lesson on the conservation of our environment.


FL: Define your perfect fairytale.

EP: My ideal fairytale is going through every pixar universe and to meet Sully and Mater and Woody and all the other cool characters.

 

Eimy Fernandez

Frontline: If you could be any fairy tale character who would it be?

Eimy Fernandez: I would love to be Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty. She’s not only just as or even more powerful than the other fairy godmothers, but she can also turn into a dragon.

 

FL: Who would you want to meet at the ball before midnight?

EF: I’d like to meet Harry Styles because I’m a huge fan and I love him.


FL: What woodland creature would you want as your best friend?

EF: The raccoon from Pocahontas, because he’s really good at braiding hair and it’d be awesome to not have to worry about doing my hair.


FL: What’s your favorite Disney movie (or princess)?

EF: Mulan has always been my favorite princess because of her ability to stand up for herself and her fantastic fighting skills. Movie-wise, I’ve been obsessed with The Lion King since I was 4 because of the musical number with all the animals.


FL: Define your perfect fairytale.

EF: My perfect fairytale would be ending up with someone whom I can travel and grow as a person with. It’d be amazing to live out a life with someone who would be my best friend and is willing to learn and experience new things.
