A Season To Remember
El Modena’s Water Polo Team Had Its Best Season In Years
El Modena’s Boys’ Water Polo team just recently finished their best season in years. They had their best record since 2019-20 and made CIF playoffs picking up a win in the first round. First-year Water Polo player Cole Morgan says “I have gained so much respect for my teammates over this past season, they put in so much work for the team.” He also mentioned how good it feels to have El Mo’s water polo team receive attention.
With the addition of the new pool at El Mo and the strength of the team this year, the boys are optimistic for the next few seasons hoping they can recreate and build off of this season’s success. To all of you non-seniors out there, do the team a favor and catch a game next season at El Mo’s own aquatic center.
