Grateful Book
Crawdads are Gracious
A book that I am most grateful for is Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens. The novel is about a young girl, Kya, who was raised in a marsh. After most of her family took off one by one, she learned to live on her own.
She was extremely creative, adventurous, and artistic. The book opened up a new perspective of what it would be like to be all alone for years, not knowing how to do anything. Kya was brave enough to adapt to her new circumstances and ended up being very successful in the future.
