Try Guys Drama
Once the Try Guys, now the “Tri-Guys”
Keith Habersberger, Ned Fulmer, Zach Kornfeld, and Eugene Lee Yang were all Buzzfeed employees that started making videos in 2014. After gaining popularity, they branched off to launch their own channel and production company, “The Try Guys.”
On September 25, 2022, Ned was accused of cheating on his wife with an employee. What first started as rumors in a Reddit thread escalated as the other members quickly removed him from the group.
Nobody could have expected this due to Ned’s reputation as the “Wife Guy.” Ned’s wife, Ariel Fulmer, was in a number of Try Guys videos and they even made a video about the birth of their first son.
The other members of the group released a video statement, and their anger and disappointment in their once dear friend was clearly shown through their tone and facial expressions.
They explained how Ned was intentionally cut from recent videos and how many of their future projects cannot be released due to Ned’s involvement, which will cost them a lot of money.
I personally recall watching a lot of the Try Guys videos with my sister when I was younger and thoroughly enjoying them. It was very heartbreaking and frustrating to find out that Ned would betray his family and best friends. For me, the Try Guys will never be the same.
