Where The Crawdads Sing is a 2022 mysterious and dramatic film about a girl, Kya Clark, that was abandoned when she was younger and had to learn how to live on her own in the marshlands of North Carolina.
Without socializing with anyone around her, Kya automatically became an outcast and is seen as scary and isolated. As she grew up, she was allured by two young men that she couldn’t choose between. When one of these men is found dead, Kya is the prime suspect.
However, the verdict is not as expected which causes an unexpected turn of events towards the end of the movie. A fun fact about the film is that Taylor Swift made a song called “Carolina” for the movie.
