Cheer Had Their Annual Powder Puff Game This Thursday
Cheer and Pom competed in a friendly flag football game coached by our one and only Jack Keays and Dylan Conner! On Thursday, May 26th at 6 o’clock, El Modena had our annual Powder Puff game; tons of people came to support and cheer on our amazing pom and cheerleaders. Cardinal and Gold teams have been learning plays and routes for the past few weeks leading up to this final standoff.
Tickets were $5 and the proceeds of the game went towards making our cheer program the best it can possibly be.
Not only have these girls been working hard to hone their football skills, the Powder Puff game is a great way to bring together the pom and cheerleaders and the players they cheer on during the fall. Last year was the first ever Powder Puff game; our amazing pom and cheerleaders were so excited to continue this tradition!
