Timothy Jo has been a volleyball athlete for three years and believes “competing with my friends and winning games” makes all the hard work worth it. Three words Timothy would use to describe himself are “persistent, competitive, and reliable.” Advice he would give to his teammates and other players is to “keep trying hard no matter what even if you don’t succeed.” Extracurricular activities that he participates in are Badminton where he is the Badminton Club President and he plays Tetris where he got #1 Tetris Player in Irvine.

   

   MaryJo Dunham has been a multi-sport athlete that has played Track and Field and Volleyball for three years and believes “You are developing as a person along the way, teaches you good work ethic and all that work will eventually pay off. Not to mention the incredible feeling of winning in your sport since you are finally able to succeed in what you have been working hard for.” Three words MaryJo would use to describe herself are “competitive, determined, and encouraging.” Advice she would give to her teammates and other players is to “Always keep pushing yourself to reach your goals, but also remember to give yourself a break when you need it so that you can always be at your best.” She is also the President of the Christian Club and is part of the National Honor Society (NHS)!
