Something Wicked

Something+Wicked

On October 29th, El Modena is hosting their annual Fall Arts Festival in the Nature Center. During this festival, students gather together to celebrate the coming of fall and to get in the spooky spirit.

With the theme of “Something Wicked,” the Fall Arts Festival allows students to have the opportunity to stop by and check out the different displays of art and entertainment created by our talented peers from the various art classes we have on campus.

The Advanced Theatre is performing a collection of four Vignettes: The Mask, Vampires, Grave Situation, and Fairies.

The Vanguard Dance Company is dancing to the song: “Beware” with the dance, “Jitterbugs”

This year’s ceramics classes have made flower pots which are available for purchase at the festival.

Art classes will be creating spooky masks out of paper mache and painting pumpkins.

The choir will be singing The Ballad of Sweeney Todd, The Man Who Wasn’t There, and This is Halloween

Jazz Band will be performing Evil Waves, Superstition, Autumn Leaves, and Witchcraft.

Stop by and enjoy the music engulfing our ears, vibrant colors popping into our eyes, and a lively vibe. Brought about by our students, for our students, the Fall Arts Festival will bounce back with more excitement.
