Brenna Duhn– Varsity Volleyball Team Co-Captain

Frontline- How long have you played volleyball?

Brenna Duhn-“I played with my siblings when I was younger, so over ten years.”

FL- What’s the hardest thing about your sport?

BD- “I feel like getting out of a tight spot, staying consistent, and keeping the energy up even when you’re down.”

FL- What qualities make a good team captain?

BD- “Leadership, patience, and being able to stand up for your team.”

FL- Who inspires you?

BD- “My dad because he’s been with me throughout my whole volleyball experience and he was also my coach. He helps me, tries to fix my mistakes, and pumps me up a lot.”

Ella Keefe– Varsity Volleyball Team Co-Captain

Frontline- How long have you played volleyball?

Ella Keefe- “I’ve been playing since my freshman year and a little before that.”

FL- What’s the hardest thing about your sport?

EK- “The hardest thing about my sport is definitely staying focused on your side rather than the opponent because sometimes it is easy to lose focus but honestly it is just a mental game.”

FL- What qualities make a good team captain?

EK- “You have to be very flexible to be a team captain and you have to be able to know when to lead and know when to back off and be a team player.”

FL- Who inspires you?

EK- “Definitely my brothers and just my family in general. They make me want to work harder and I love them.”
