Summer School: Amazing Advice for All

Here’s some advice to get all through summer school under different circumstances.

 Summer school is a time where students have the opportunity to get back on track to graduate. This is generally offered to students ranging from 9th to 11th grade. Here is a list of important information from our handy-dandy website.

 

  • Students will be dropped from the class if they do not attend daily.

  • If your student has not attended classes within the first two days, they will be dropped from the class.

  • Classes will be held Monday-Friday from 7:45 AM-12:00 PM.

  • There are two sessions: Session A June 15th-July 1st and Session B July 6th –July 21st.

  • July 5th is a holiday.

  • If your student completes a class and needs another class for credit recovery, they will be enrolled for a second class and informed of this.

  • If your student does not have a device, please contact the district office and pick one up between the hours of 12-3 daily.

  • Please do not hesitate to contact your student’s counselor if you have any questions regarding graduation status or summer school needs.

  • Orientation is June 7th at 3:00pm.

  • The Summer School Consent form must be filled out before May 28th.
