On January 5th, an ultimate decision will be formulated by the persons residing in the state of Georgia: The senate runoff election.
The decision will determine if Senators David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler will keep their senate seats, or fall to their democratic foils. If democrats take both seats, the Senate will flip, and democrats will control the White house, Senate, and Congress.
This would likely lead to a sharp increase in the expediency of policy implementation, as many of the inter-political fighting barriers would be dissolved. As registration to vote closes December 7th, it is likely that some trustworthy statistics regarding the numbers behind the race will come forward soon.
Until then, there is little Democrats and Republicans can do but wait, and wait eagerly.
