Are you bored over Thanksgiving break? Then check these movies out!

   A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving (1973): This classic begins with Charlie and Sally preparing for a Thanksgiving feast at their grandmother’s house. Peppermint Patty invites herself over to Brown’s house, so a few friends also come along to help Charlie cook. 

   Patty was ungrateful with what she was served, but apologized for acting rudely. The short ends with the viewers seeing Charlie and friends enjoying a feast at Charlie’s grandmother’s house.   


   Free Birds (2013): A paranoid turkey named Reggie was the pardoned outcast of his flock. He’s taken to S.T.E.V.E., the time machine. Reggie and Jake go back to the first Thanksgiving to get turkeys off the menu. They succeed by replacing turkeys with pizza.


  Planes, Trains, & Automobiles (1987): A market account executive Neal Page is trying to return to his family in time for Thanksgiving in Chicago. He ends up running into a delay because his flight was cut due to the weather. He spends the next day finding a ride to Chicago by train and car.


   The Blind Side (2009): This movie is based on real events throughout the life of former NFL player Micheal Oher. It goes through his struggles during his life of abandonment and insult, but is adopted and immediately becomes a football sensation. 


   You’ve got Mail (1998): This film is about an online relationship between a man and a woman who don’t know each other’s true identity. They cross paths many times, but in the end, they reveal their online identities and fall in love.
