Christmas is coming!

‘Tis the season to spread Christmas cheer at the Irvine Park Railroad’s annual Christmas Train. Family and friends can take an enchanting day or night ride through historic Irvine Park to meet the famous Santa Claus. The train departs from the brightly-lit train station and takes passengers through the lit areas and dropped off at the North Pole. This area is decorated with numerous of lights, candy canes, and billboards of penguins and deers to spread the cheer. As well as the decorations outside, there are decorations in the magical “Tunnel of Lights” on the way back from Santa’s Village. Along with visiting Santa, the Irvine Park has many fun activities for children to do after. They have a moon bounce, cookie decorating, ice fishing, carnival games, rudolph races, and very good food.

There are other possible ways to be in the Christmas Spirit. For example, going to the Irvine Spectrum, they have an ice skating rink for people to go ice skating and shopping. At Knott’s Merry Farm, they are having shows dedicated to Christmas and many activities that are related to this season.

These places are a great way to begin the Christmas Spirit. Happy Holidays!
